I like it when brands put on free shows with talented artists and I get to do the creative direction. We used to put on little free parties and club nights when we were teenagers. I’d do fliers and try and get a projector or a slide show to work. I think people remember free parties. We once did one on a small tourist boat out of Exmouth. I’ve no idea who let that happen, complete madness. This one was 25 years later at an abandoned shopping center across the road from Madison Square Gardens for a genius musician from Jersey called Mura Masa, with a little help from his friends.
